Networking Party Held for Graduate Students from Eight XMU Schools

On the evening of March 23, graduate students from eight schools at XMU held a networking party in the Dou’en Café at the School of Law. The event was jointly organized by the graduate student unions of eight schools, including CFLC, the School of Humanities, the School of Economics, the Wang Ya’nan Institute of Economics, the School of Law, the School of Public Administration, the School of Information Science and Technology, and the School of Electronic Science and Technology. The party provided the students with an opportunity to connect with fellow students with similar interests and develop new friendships.

The networking event included various games and mixers to help attendees get to know one another, effectively contributing to the success of your event. The hosts helped large groups break into smaller groups, encouraged people to meet someone new. Many participants had tricks up their sleeve to promote conversation and introductions between strangers, and everyone walked away with a positive experience and new contacts!

On-campus networking events play an important role in shaping the social and intellectual fabric of the University’s campus. Networking is about making connections and building mutually beneficially relationships. It provides the most productive, most proficient and most enduring way to relationships.
